GORGE SCRAMBLING

Gorge scrambling at Afon Ddu (the black river) involves you climbing, scrambling and squeezing through a coursing river in a temperate forest environment. Be prepared to get stuck into natural rocks slides and water fall climbs, embracing the benefits of cold-water therapy.

Not to worry though as we will get kitted up in wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets to keep you safe and warm.

What do you need to bring?

• Large towel to change under
• Come wearing a swimming costume for underneath the wetsuit
• Sturdy trainers you don’t mind getting wet and warm socks (wetsuit socks are available)
