About the Event

This session is for those who have the will but not yet the way on a stand-up paddle board (SUP). A level two paddle sports coach will teach you the basic techniques you’ll need to build your confidence and go away and have your own paddle board adventures.

You'll cover carrying, Psi and pumping, equipment, risk awareness on venues, the three levels of standing, efficient forwards paddling, some fun games and maybe some acro-SUPING...

What do you need to bring?

  • Stand up paddle board and paddle

  • Large towel to change under
