GORGE SCRAMBLING
GET CURIOUS
Gorge scrambling at Afon Ddu (the black river) involves climbing, scrambling and squeezing through a coursing river in a temperate forest environment. Be prepared to get stuck into natural rocks slides and water fall climbs, embracing the benefits of cold-water therapy.
Not to worry though as we will get kitted up in wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets to keep you safe and warm.

STAND UP PADDLEBOARDING.
BRING YOUR OWN BOARD.
LEVEL UP
This session is for those who have the will but not yet the way on a stand-up paddle board (SUP). Level two paddle sports coaches will teach you the basic techniques you’ll need to build your confidence and go away and have your own paddle board adventures.
You'll cover carrying, Psi and pumping, equipment, risk awareness on venues, the three levels of standing, efficient forwards paddling, some fun games and maybe some acro-SUPING...
MOUNTAINEERING
FILL YOUR SOUL
Walking in the splendour of Snowdonia can be truly appreciated from the peaks of its mountains. Challenge yourself to conquer Snowdon or brave a new and more ambitious route in the wilds of Snowdonia national park.
No need to worry about the route, when to fuel and hydrate, decisions around tricky scrambles or getting lost. Weather changes, no problem your qualified mountain leader will know where to go and what to do, leaving you to focus on your challenge and ambitions.
ABSEILING
HANG IN THERE
Challenges yourself with a 35 meter abseil set in the heart of the serene Gwydir forest. Hike a short 15 minutes through the forest to reach a little-known, secluded peninsula of rock just waiting to be conquered.
Whether it’s doing something which scares you, trying something new or just for the gram, get your buzz with our all new, all natural, all wild abseil.
ROCK CLIMB WITH ABSEIL
THE SKYS THE LIMIT
Get yourself to new heights by climbing a natural cliff face in Snowdonia. Learn new techniques, movement skills, how to tie climbing knots and how to keep yourself and others safe whilst climbing.
This session is ideal for those who have climbed inside and looking to get outside or for those who wish to experience something different. The combination of physical activity and adrenaline are sure to make rock climbing a memorable adventure. We’ll finish with an abseil to really test your metal!!
OPEN WATER SWIMMING
JUMP IN
Ever wanted to swim outside in a natural, deep water mountain valley lake but are unaware of what it actually entails, then this session is perfect for you. I’ll be providing instruction and recommendation on what to wear, when and where to go, rules behind swimming and much more.
We’ll also cover some technique and safety considerations when going swimming with groups or on your own, to give you the knowledge and courage to get out and start wild swimming.

As an avid adventurer and seasoned expedition guide, inspired by the fire safety and rescue service and mountain rescue teams, I always knew that I wanted to help people discover their practical skills in the great outdoors .
I value the sustainability of outdoor living, encourage resilience and self-confidence in my adventures. I aim to provide a leadership style that will empower you to have the courage and confidence to tackle your own adventures wherever and however they present themselves.
